Concerts in Park is a program of Torrance Cultural Services Division presented in co-sponsorship with the Office of Supervisor Don Knabe, Los Angeles County Arts Commission, and The Daily Breeze. They are offered with support of Torrance Homeowners Associations. Friends and families are encouraged to bring a picnic, lawn chairs, and umbrellas. |

Hailing from Los Angeles, Cafe R&B features the raging female vocalist "Roach" and the blazing lead guitar of Byl Carruthers. They have a large cult following in the U.S. and Europe.
